Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. To start a return, please contact us at eric.theune@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewelry, hats, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us prior to sending it back to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
